What You’ll Do:

• Help clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) 
• Provide companionship and emotional support 
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep 
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition 
• Follow the care plan and agency guidelines
